Style Your Headlights

Blackout

Blacking out the inside of a vehicle’s headlights instantly changes the look! Usually headlights have a ton of chrome and many have an orange reflector inside.

We bake open the headlights, disassemble all the parts inside and paint them individually. The result is a more sleek and aggressive look. This is a great compliment to black wheels and other trim on the vehicle that gets blacked out.

Custom Paintwork

If a headlight black out is not enough or you want to add some spice, a custom color will do that trick. Maybe it’s the color of the brake calipers, or the actual color of the vehicle, a custom design inside the headlights gives them that special pop!

Every headlight is different so the available accents will vary on each vehicle.

LED: ORB Rings

Orb LED Rings is another term we use to describe our LED “Angel Eyes” or “Halos.” Commonly found on BMWs from the factory, the style was adapted by automotive enthusiasts and manufactured on a scale to accommodate all vehicle makes & models.

Our LED rings are manufactured to our specs and different sizes, allowing us to offer this product universally to all vehicles. They are a 6000K white color and have a clear frosted lens over the LED board for a more aesthetically pleasing look.

LED: Iron-Man

The Iron-Man LED headlight modification was what put ONEighty on the map in the automotive industry. We designed and named this mod in 2008 for the Infiniti G37 Coupe when it was first introduced. The modification became a huge success, and suddenly became a must-have for other enthusiasts. The modification consists of 8 or 10 super bright individual LEDs placed around the projector shroud.

We offer this modification for only a select few vehicles, depending on the size and shape of their projector shroud. To see if your headlights qualify, please contact us.

LED: Iron-Man Style ORB Rings

Orb LED rings customized to look like the Iron-man LEDs. The concept behind this modification is to provide an appearance of individual LEDs in a series to form a circle on cars that can’t accept the regular Iron-Man’s. We use our LED ORB Rings and stencil out single LEDs by concealing the remaining sections with paint.

LED: RGB Demon Eyes

Demon eyes is a term we came up with back in 2010 when we started putting colored LEDs inside G37 projectors, eventually finding RGB LEDs.

Manufacturers started making them and called them devil eyes, and eventually more companies produced them with demon eyes becoming the official name. ONEighty RGB demon eyes are some of the brightest available on the market, as well as extremely reliable.

We can install them in ANY projector and even some reflector bowls. Simply connect to our bluetooth controller with your phone and change the colors on an app. Great for shows, meets, and events to show off your headlights! The vehicle can be turned off and the demon eyes will work as they are independently connected with a harness to the car battery.

LED: BMW Ring Replacement

BMW has great, original designs but even those get outdated and can be replaced with aftermarket LED rings that are more modern. By changing the OEM angel eyes, it gives the whole car a completely different look. These high quality LED rings will make your BMW look unique from all the others on the road.

Upgrade Headlight Performance

Projector Lens

Most OEM projectors come standard with what is known as “fresnel” lenses. These original lenses have lines, circles, or distortion on their surface, and are often produced with less than optically clear glass. The problem is that it dims the output and softens the beam pattern so the projectors aren’t performing to their full potential.

A true clear lens will help maximize the performance of the projector compared to the “de-tuned” stock lenses. When possible, we install clear projector lenses for more light output and a sharper cut-off line, increasing visibility on the road.

Projector Retrofit

If your headlights don’t have projectors, or if they have them but they have poor performance, we can retrofit an aftermarket replacement for better light output. There are many great LED and Xenon options available, with different sizes depending on your vehicle. Going from a halogen headlight to a powerful projector makes a world of a difference. Seeing the road should be a top priority for safety.

Bulbs

Whether it’s for your headlights or fog lights, we have HID and LED solutions to make them brighter. We can upgrade your halogen bulbs to xenon or LED depending on the application. Or if you already have HID headlights, the bulbs can be upgraded to brighter, whiter aftermarket bulbs. Even if all your bulbs are currently working but are 5+ years old, they’re nearing the end of their life cycle and should be replaced to have optimal brightness.

Headlight Repair & Maintenance

Lens Refinish
Headlights become worn out and rock chipped over the years. We offer a full outer lens refinish which includes a deep wet-sand, buff and polish, along with new clear coat. This process will clean up the lenses, get rid of the fine scratches, fading and yellowing, and then protect it with a new layer of UV clear coat. For further protection from new rock chips and scratches, we can add clear protection film on top

Lens Replacement
If your outer lenses are cracked or beyond repair, it’s best to replace them. This is not possible for all cars, as there are only select models and manufacturers that sell just the outer lenses. Some are original and others are aftermarket. Some headlights nowadays can cost $5000 each, so replacing the outer lens instead of buying a whole new light can save thousands!

Reseal
Condensation is very common in the headlight world and can be caused by many different factors. The headlight seal gets old, there is a crack somewhere, somebody else worked on the lights previously, and some lights are just prone to condensation from factory. We can inspect them, clean out the moisture, and reseal them with new glue.
Damaged Housing
Been in an accident? We can plasticweld and fix broken/cracked headlight housings. Tabs can be reattached or replaced. Wiring and harnesses can be fixed as well.
